BACKGROUND OF THE PROJECT
Data collection tool is a free database software iMed. Entering data into the registry is performed by trained staff on the basis of Informed Consent of a Patient. The Informed Consent form must be approved by the appropriate local Ethics Committee of each participating hospital.
